Combining Orders
Once orders are placed, they cannot be combined. You can remove items from an order or ask to have select items shipped but two orders can not be combined.
Cancelling Orders
For cancelling Pre-Orders please refer to our Pre-Order section. If you have placed an order for in stock items and wish to have it cancelled please let us know right away. We can not guarantee that we will be able to intercept the shipping process but the faster we do know the higher the chance that we can intervene. Cancelled in stock items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Out of Stock Items
For many of our products, once an item has been sold out, it is generally not available for us to order in again. These products are re-issued from time to time and will be available as a pre-order if that is the case. We do from time to time have cancellation of preorders or restocks of popular products and will post on our Facebook Page. Please follow or like us to get up to date social media drops on our latest products.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
We do not accept wholesale orders or orders that exceed allocation on limited products. Our products are meant to be direct sale to consumers and we reserve the right to cancel any orders that we deem are being purchased in bulk with the intent of resale on different marketplaces.
