Shipping Information

Flat Rate Shipping

We ship to all Major USA, Canada and International Destinations. All USA and Canada rates use a simple Flat Rate Table based on order value. International rates are calculated at checkout based on the physical weight of the package.

Note that certain under-sized / over-sized or over-weight items will not qualify for flat rate shipping. Products that do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping will be offered quoted or fixed shipping costs at checkout. For a product that adds substantial weight to a shipment, it may need to be shipped separately in a special box.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to any order over $250 destined within Canada and the USA only.

In Store Pick-Up

Any order placed as a store pick-up will be held at our retail store in Burnaby, BC with no fee. Once an order is ready for pick-up, you will be notified by email. Please bring a government issued photo ID when picking up your order. Please note that you must receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready, before coming to pick up your order. Depending on the volume of orders we get, it may take up to 24 hours before your order is ready.

Tracking Number

A Tracking number is provided with all shipments. This number will be sent to you by email from your account on agesthreeandup.ca. You will be able to access this information from the Accounts section.

Shipping Methods

We use Canada Post Expedited Service for all packages destined for Canada. For orders destined to the USA and Internationally, we use USPS to ship orders.

If you want your order shipped to you faster, we can quote a faster method of shipping if you leave us a note in the comments section when making your purchase.

Delivery Time

In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. For pre-order items, orders are shipped when they become available.

USA Shipping

Any orders destined to the USA will be shipped from Washington State through USPS Priority shipping with a tracking number. **Please note that we do not ship paints and hobby supplies to the USA

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped through USPS with either First Class Shipping or Priority Shipping depending on the total weight of the order. First Class Shipping is trackable only within the United States and will not be trackable once it leaves the US. Priority Shipping is trackable in the US and throughout the journey of the package.

Ages Three And Up is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs or other government fees charged for ordering items from Ages Three And Up. For more information regarding applicable taxes and duties, please contact your local government office/customs office and inquire directly.

Insurance

Packages DO NOT include insurance. Standard shipping options come with a very small amount of insurance (enough to cover shipping costs).

If you wish to purchase extra insurance with your package there will be an additional cost to your order. Please contact us at support@agesthreeandup.ca to discuss any extra shipping options. Once a package has left our facility, Ages Three and Up is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur to your packages as we have no control over the carriers actions. If you have purchased additional insurance for your items, please notify us of any issues with your shipment immediately, so that we can help you to start a claim with the carrier.

NOTE: Flat Rate and Free Shipping Programs are meant for CONSUMER PURCHASES ONLY. Ages Three and Up reserves the right to limit how much is being sent under the Flat Rate Shipping option. Anyone considered abusing shipping rates for purposes of reselling or group purchasing will have their orders split into deliveries that are more manageable.

We do not accept wholesale orders and reserve the right to cancel any orders that are purchased for commercial / retail distribution.
