Pre-Order Policy

Please ensure you read and understand the pre-order Policy below, before continuing to the pre-orders section. Items listed as “pre-order” are currently not available to ship until the pre-order arrives at our warehouse.

Pre-order Policy

A pre-order is a contract to acquire an item before it is available in store. Ages Three And Up offers many items throughout the year as pre-order for the benefit of our shoppers to ensure pre-release items are obtainable and affordable. Pre-orders can be canceled at any time before the item begins to ship from the manufacturer. Once a pre-order is on it's way, your order is locked in.

Advantages of Pre-ordering

Pre-ordering ensures that you get the product you want, as some products are limited in quantity and sell out before it reaches our store. We fulfill Pre-Orders in the order we receive them. As there is no need to put down any money for a preorder we encourage you to place a pre-order on items as soon as possible to ensure that you secure any items you want before it sells out.

How to Cancel a Preorder

Simply email us at support@agesthreeandup.ca with your order number and specific item you would like cancelled. We will cancel your preorder for you and no further action is required. If you have prepaid for your preorder, we will refund the total you paid back to your credit card or Paypal. A processing fee of 5% will be applied to refunds. Processing fees cover the charges by the payment processor.

Refunding a Pre-payment Without Cancelling an Order

Simply email us at support@agesthreeandup.ca with your order number and let us know you would like to be billed instead when the item is available from the manufacturer. We will refund your prepayment in full minus a 5% processing fee, and set your order to be billed when the items become available from the manufacturer. Processing fees cover the charges by the payment processor.
