Returns from online orders
Returns on regular products are accepted with a 15% re-stocking fee on all items, within 14 days of purchase. You must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your product so we can assign a return ticket number to you. The customer is responsible for postage on the return, and the product MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND IN THE CONDITION IT WAS SENT. Any opened, loose or blind boxed product is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returns at our physical retail location
Products purchased at our physical retail location is exchange only within 14 days of purchase. Original receipt must be presented. We cannot accept returns on opened, loose, or blind boxed items. Online orders cannot be exchanged in store.
Due to the nature of figure products, small parting lines, bubbles, and dots are natural and can occur during the manufacturing process, and therefore are not defective products and cannot be refunded.
